    You have to pay the prorated rent for the current month and the security deposit. If it's late in the month, we ask that you pay for the following month as well.

  • What does prorated rent mean?

    It means you only pay for the days that you used. We divide the monthly rental rate by the number of days remaining in the month. We do the same when you leave.

  • What forms of payments do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Personal checks, or cash.

  • Can I set up automatic payments?

    Yes. We can make ACH payments from your checking account or automatic credit card payments, or you can pay through our online customer portal.

  • Can I make a payment over the phone?

    No. However, you can set up an online account.

  • What is the shortest term I can rent for?

    The shortest time that you can rent a storage unit is 30 days.

  • What is your move-out procedure?

    Follow these steps to ensure a full return of your security deposit:

    • We require a written notice five days prior to vacating. Please include your current address
    • Notify the office when your unit is empty and ready for inspection
    • Return all access cards or keys to the office
  • When can I access my unit?

    In most cases, 24 hours a day.

  • Do I need a lock?

    Yes, you can get your own padlock. We provide the key to access the property.

  • When is my payment due?

    All regular monthly payments are due on the first of each month.
